Guajillo Bess

Under strict terms of NDA, US Helicals is unable to reveal specific details regarding this project.
Tortolas Bess

USH was contracted for the procurement and installation of 210 W6x15 piles of various lengths to support battery and inverter equipment on the Gulf Coast. The piles were procured in 5 weeks and all piles and caps were set in 8 total days.
Bypass Bess

US Helicals successfully delivered the engineered foundation system for Aypa Power’s 200 MW Bypass Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) outside Houston, expertly installing 1,300 helical piles for this large-scale project.
Libra Bess

A new 200MW stand alone battery storage system was constructed near the town of Seguin, TX. Due to the expansive soils on site and soil remediation required to use concrete, helical piles were the logical choice. USH installed over 1,700 piles to support the battery and pcs containers in under 30 days ahead of schedule.
Longhorn Bess

This wind farm located in West Texas provided our engineering team with the chance to enhance a helical pile design for optimal structural integrity. Given the stringent environmental standards, helical piles were chosen as the preferred foundation due to their quick installation and minimal impact on the surrounding ecosystem.
