USH was contacted by the GC for a Nike DASH Facility in Hutchins, TX to install (122) 3.5” diameter piles to support 2 new sorters inside the existing facility. The facility was to be kept operational during all construction phases so helical piles made sense based on the minimal disruptions. Helical piles were a value engineered design versus traditional concrete piles and saved the client over $500,000.00 while accelerating the schedule as well. NIKE DISTRIBUTION CENTERS.
